Our house is located in a quiet and sunny position in Selva Val Gardena, in the near of the main lifts and the ski school.

Residence Soel is the ideal location to help you make the most of our impressive natural surroundings.

You can relax in our garden or start hikes, cycling or mountain biking tours, walks and many other activities among the Dolomites - the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Winter

In winter the surroundings guarantee an unlimited skiing pleasure for all winter sports lovers.

Val Gardena awaits you with Europe’s largest skiing area: the Dolomiti Superski with the Sellaronda circuit. Also if you want to spend the winter with other activities, our house is the ideal place!

Apartments

The Residence Soel has spacious and cozy apartments for 4-6 people. They are all fitted with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, television, direct dialling telephone, safe and Wireless Internet Access.

Collective facilities, such as garage, lift, garden and heated storage area for skis, ski boots and bicycles, are also available.

Wellness area Hotel Aaritz

After a long and exhausting day on the slopes the wellness area of our Hotel Aaritz is the best place to relax and tank up new energy.

You can choose over swimming pool, solarium or sauna.

Terms

  • Rent of the arranged rooms (kitchen with dishes), bed linen, heating, cold and hot water, current and garage (except towels and kitchen linen). Rental towels and kitchen linen 40,00 € per week with 1 change.
  • For the cot you need to pay an amount of 30,00 € per day.
  • Television, dishwasher and Wireless Internet Access in each apartment (included in the price of the stay).
  • In our apartments can’t sleep more people than there are beds.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Sauna and swimming pool (free entrance) in our Hotel Aaritz.
  • The minimum of rental is 1 week (7 nights).
  • The reservation is definitively confirmed after having received a deposit of minimum 400,00 €. In case of cancellation this will not be reimbursed.
  • The leasing begins every Saturday at 04.00 pm and ends every Saturday at 09.00 am.
