In winter the surroundings guarantee an unlimited skiing pleasure for all winter sports lovers.

Val Gardena awaits you with Europe’s largest skiing area: the Dolomiti Superski with the Sellaronda circuit. Also if you want to spend the winter with other activities, our house is the ideal place!

The apartments at Residence Soel are designed to offer you the freedom of a self-catering holiday without compromising on comfort.

Bright and tastefully furnished in a contemporary Alpine style, all apartments feature a private balcony and enjoy a prime location close to the centre of Selva di Val Gardena, just a short walk from the ski lifts and the main local amenities.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, TV, a covered parking space, and a ski and bike storage room are all included in the price.

As our guests, you also benefit from complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool and wellness area at Hotel Aaritz, only a few minutes walk away.

After a long and exhausting day on the slopes the wellness area of our Hotel Aaritz is the best place to relax and tank up new energy.

general terms and conditions

  • Rental of the fully furnished premises (kitchen with dishes), bed linen, heating, cold and hot water, electricity and garage (excluding bathroom and kitchen linen). Any rental linen 50.00 € per week with 1 intermediate change.
  • For the cot, we charge 30.00 € per day.
  • Television, dishwasher and Wireless Internet Access in every apartment (included in the price).
  • No more people may stay in our holiday units than the number of beds provided or confirmed by us.
  • Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
  • Sauna and swimming pool (free of charge) at our Hotel Aaritz.
  • The minimum rental period is 1 week (7 overnight stays).
  • The reservation becomes binding only after receipt of a deposit of at least 400.00 €. We will confirm receipt of the deposit and the essential details of the rental in writing. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • The rental period always begins on Saturday from 4.00 p.m. and ends on Saturday at 9.00 a.m.
  • Guest Card: Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will receive the Val Gardena Guest Pass (hereinafter Guest Pass), which, according to resolution of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of the stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
